I am having a lot of fun, challenging and exciting projects going at the moment ✨? so blessed and happy! I gotta say though... Being perfectionist I push myself hard sometimes. Am I doing the right thing? Should I do something differently? Anxiety creeps in. I tried to meditate and got more annoyed. I tried to take deep breaths but ended up hyperventilating ? Then I heard someone say “Everything at the end is gonna be fine. And if it’s not fine then it’s not the end yet- so keep going”. Somehow that one simple sentence gave my heart so much peace and comfort ? We all are such complex creatures and there is something little different for everyone that works ?✨ do you have any recommendations, techniques or quotes that help you? ? Wishing you an amazing year full of love, good health and peace! ? It has been quite a year, hasn’t it? I went through a lot of challenges this year I never expected, I was humbled many times, lost few people I loved... honestly, I am happy to move to 2020?
