Mia Sand to mama dwóch chłopców i trenerka fitness.

Choć wiele kobiet pragnie mieć ciało niczym Aniołki Victoria's Secret, to coraz częściej słyszymy, że to właśnie krągłości mężczyźni kochają najbardziej.

What a ride Oh boy have I learned how you have to sacrifice and put things aside to accomplish your goals, and honestly there's no easy way to get there peeps, its hard work all the way if you want the reward that comes with it But there's some very untrue myths out there that supposedly should help you get there quicker, here is some of them Emilinate gluten because is bad for you: No its not! Unless youre intolerant to gluten or have some other auto immune disease, its absolutely harmless to eat Artificial sweeteners are bad for you: No its not! Aspartame is the most thoroughly tested substance in this world! Not a single study points out its either unhealthy or that it raises blood sugar levels, which many people think it does Fasted cardio enchances fatloss: No it does not! According to some "gurus" fat oxidation should be greater during fasted cardio. Energy balance is the most important factor for fat loss Eating organic is much healthier: Clever marketing and food companies made these statements! There's no evidence supporting these claims, its a personal choice and go for what suits you the best I know, cruel facts on this thursday, still wish you a happy one though If you need any help to reach your goals? Being a "bigger" girl arent easy in the fitness community, It's still the norm for a lot of people that unless you have visible abs youre not fit and definitely not qualified to be a coach You could put two coaches beside each other, one newbie coach with no qualifications but with shredded abs, and one who is super qualified and experienced with an average build, and most people would pick the dude with shredded abs because he look's to be the fittest and therefore he must be the best coach of the two If you ask me, then anyone without proper knowledge, experience, qualifications, dedication and presence should not be able to call themselves a coach, but unfortunately everyone can call themselves a coach without ever studying the human body or the importance of nutrition Ill recommend you if you are looking for a serious coach, take a look at their results, do they have a certification, are they educated, the personal training they offer is it really personal? There's A LOT of non qualified people out there calling themselves coaches, just sending you cookie cutter plans which arent sustainable or helpful at all, be critical when picking the one to help you achieve your goals, its a jungle out there with a lot of hungry people waiting to steal your money Need serious help? Follow the link in my bio and let's get you started reaching goals #personaltraining #coaching #momswholift #doyou Post udostępniony przez Mia Sand - Personal trainer (@missmiafit)
