Najczęściej w reklamach ubrań do fitnessu widzimy smukłe, wysportowane sylwetki kobiet. Amerykańska firma postanowiła jednak pójść pod prąd i do swojej kampanii zatrudniła modelkę plus size. Kobieta z nadwagą pojawiła się na zdjęciach promujących odzież sportową. To wywołało burzę w sieci. Spora część internautów jest oburzona, że aktywność fizyczna i zdrowy tryb życia obrazuje się wizerunkiem pani z nadwagą. Ich zdaniem ubrania sportowe powinny być prezentowane przez kobiety z wyrzeźbionym ciałem, które zachęcałyby do aktywności fizycznej. Jednak nie wszyscy podzielają tę opinię. Są także tacy, którym pomysł się spodobał. Twierdzą, że jest to wspaniała promocja odzieży dla otyłych osób, którzy odczuwali dyskomfort w sportowych ubrań i pomoc z walce z nietolerancją społeczeństwa. Uważają, że zdjęcia modelki z nadwagą w odzieży sportowej to pokazanie, że sport jest dla każdego i kobieta w każdym rozmiarze może znaleźć odpowiednie ubranie dla siebie.
